Detailed survey of your building envelope, radiator surfaces, and flow temperatures. We verify whether your house is "Heat Pump Ready" or design an iSFP to prepare it.
Dimensioning & Calculation
The heart of our work: Room-by-room heating load calculation (DIN 12831), hydraulic pipe network calculation, and acoustic noise immission prognosis.
Tendering & Contractor Quotes
We compile a neutral bill of quantities for heating contractors. This allows apples-to-apples quote comparisons and prevents surprise cost overruns.
Subsidy Application (BzA)
Preparation of the official "Confirmation for Application" (BzA) for your KfW grant. We advise on essential contract clauses (e.g. suspensive conditions).
Construction Supervision & Proof (BzN)
On-site quality audit: Was hydraulic balancing executed correctly? Are pipes properly insulated? After successful inspection, we issue the "Confirmation of Performance" (BzN) for final payout.
